Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Win Court Case Over Trademark Archewell

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have had their share of
setbacks in naming their non-profit venture, as Meghan and Harry's application
to trademark their new charity Archewell has been rejected.

But, Today, that challenge seems to be behind them now, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have finally received some long-overdue good news from the American courts.

The couple’s charity had been opposed by Scott Kantro, New York healthcare bigwig’s rival charity looking to trademark the name Archecares.

While the Sussex pair could have faced humiliation of having to change the name after official announcements, the two were saved despite Kantro having filed for the name before the former royals.

But they can breathe a sigh of relief, as Mr Kantro's application is now dead in the water after he failed to respond to a court request for extra information in time.
